Responsibilities include:

 Implementing CRM campaigns and helping the company meet its customer retention, acquisition and conversion targets.
 Help territories increase revenue per customer though management of targeted marketing
 Survey the customer database to aid insight, innovation and new product development
 Play a leading role in the development and implementation of a consumer engagement strategies and methodologies
 Define the KPIs and reporting requirements for the marketing channels to show ROI
 Build out global user profiling and segmentation capabilities
 Grow the customer data warehouse by constantly acquiring new personal information from customers across digital channels, and working with marketers across the business to ensure that every marketing plan makes use of and contributes to the customer database.
 Regulate the use of customer data to ensure that campaigns are targeted appropriately.

Skills:

 Energetic, positive and a committed team player
 Email marketing, database marketing, understanding of SEO/PPC, analytics and lead generation
 Solid understanding of consumer engagement and social networks
 Understanding of statistics and the ability to present them in simple and meaningful ways
 Ability to draw insights from numbers
 Knowledge of the data protection legislation throughout Europe.
 Knowledge of SilverPop and web analytics packages such as Omniture
 Experience in creating and delivering digital marketing plans (SEO, PPC, analytics, lead generation and social networking)
 Strong initiative – the ideal candidate will develop the CRM strategy by examining business targets and marketing needs
 Experience in dealing with multiple international stakeholders
 Extensive online marketing and CRM experience is an absolute must
