- Position: Senior Search Consultant - EMEA
- Salary: Up to 50k
The Role Objective
• Take responsibility for the management of search activity for Brand Communication and DR clients in EMEA (mainly Automotive and FMCG)
• Work with clients, comms planners and Interaction teams to roll out best practise for paid search and SEO in EMEA
• Coordination and management of central projects, analysis and reporting of search activity across all EMEA markets
• Facilitation of workshops and training for clients, comms planners and interaction teams to deliver search strategy and best practise
• Monitor project performance, collect local learnings and knowledge and coordinate regular feedback sessions to grow search activity for specific clients
Account Management
• Primary contact for the clients
• Daily / Weekly Client performance/consulting calls
• High strategy initiatives & analysis
• European strategy development and rollout
Continued Development
• Developing an understanding of strategic communications planning
• Learning the importance of related considerations such as; creative strategy, fulfilment, conversion methods, call handling, technical developments
• Undertaking on-the-job training and workshops and internal/external training sessions
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• A substancial experience in search marketing, of which a you must have some previous experience in search account management/project management for cross market/multilingual clients
• SEO experience for cross market/multilingual clients or key stakeholders
• Paid Search experience for cross market/multilingual clients or key stakeholders
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Experience of working in International environments
• EMEA role with no direct responsibility for local search team
• Experience in web analytics and analysis for SEO activity e.g. Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Urchin
• Experience in SEO audit tools e.g. WebCEO, Covario, Google Webmaster Tools
• Location: preferably London
• The role requires on average 2 days of travel per week; primarily within Europe
