This FTSE 100 Company is looking to expand its rapidly growing team. This prestigious company has been established in its industry for the last 100 years and has won a number of awards for its expertise within its market.

The Role

The role sits in the ECommerce Team working on a range of Online activities. You will be working with senior management to understand overall business objectives and then suggest areas to analyse and support the analytical needs of the business-unit by using clickstream tools to analyse web-traffic/behaviour.

The role will involve generating customer-insight using specialist statistical methods by connecting, integrating and interrogating disparate data sources using specialist data manipulation tools and support ad-hoc analyses to optimise the customer experience.

You will use strong analysis skills to provide insight as well as recommendations for change and convince key business decision-makers of business benefits and exhibit a high level of expertise in guiding the data strategy across multiple listening posts (websites, CRM systems, research).

The Person

You will have strong knowledge of Webtrends. Experience in Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics and other web analytical tools is desirable.

You will also be self motivated and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Highly numerate degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, and Operational Research is desirable.
