This role would suit a web specialist with hybrid skills across ‘hands-on’ design / coding and an ability to manage resources and web production processes. Your design / production skills around web optimisation would be used to support the lead designer, and you’ll have a chance to share these skills with colleagues in the offline design teams who are looking to learn about digital production processes. Your strong XHTML/CSS and Flash animation skills will be a new addition to the internal team and you’ll lead the way in bringing development capabilities in-house. As the lead in this new area you will also be responsible for identifying and managing web development resource, working closely with project managers and creatives to ensure timely delivery of high quality code and production assets. Broad digital project experience is required, plus ideally proven experience on online annual reports and corporate communications.
