This dynamic and creative advertising agency is looking for an enthusiastic and super cool Account Manager to work on a creative, inspiring and high profile music brand account, a major client who needs creative insight, strategy and passion! This role needs someone who can take large amounts of responsibility and ownership for active projects, and implement more pro-active ways of doing things. 

What will the role involve?
• Managing creative development and/or adaptation process from start to finish: research, brief development and presentation, creative rounds and reviews, and full-production to post and launch.
• Collaborate across all disciplines to ensure that work being developed is on strategy and progressing along timelines.
• Understands the brand and business, sharing the most up-to-date information and details as needed.
• Builds strong relationships with clients: keeps them informed of project status; contributes to a relationship of sharing and partnership.
• Manages junior account team members.
• Manage all aspects of overall project budgets; track client approvals, testing and production estimates, media, and final production costs. Oversee actualization of completed projects.
• Creative insight and understanding!

Your IT skills need to be top notch – you will need to be excellent on a MAC and will need intermediate Microsoft Office skills, as well as good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A good sense of humour is essential it’s a creative office so if you are into your music and a creative flow then this will fit you down to the ground. Proven background of account management, with good exposure to the TV/Print/OOH/Online production processes is essential in an advertising agency environment.
