To earn this sort of money an agency must have three things going for them. 1)They must have a brilliant reputation.
2) They must have a fantastic product. 3) They must have a high pitch success ratio. - All in spades and the darlings of the press. Some back ground to their success story - Rather than just being creative they are different and like to express brands in a different way. To them it is all about the subliminal responses to their work on the supermarket shelves. The shopper who has not quite made up their mind which product to buy. The prices are the same  and it is all down to which product design grabs you by the throat and shouts “buy me……this is what they do - this is one of the most successful agencies on the planet. Their work doesn’t fit into a category norm and neither do they. To them it is like falling off a log. Being different is their “house style”. WOW!
