Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
• Selling and Negotiation skills
• Strategic & Analytic
• Consultancy approach to service delivery
• at least 5 years experience handling an international FMCG account - preferably: Nestle, Unilever, P&G or J&J -  with day to day contact with foreign Clients
• has at least 5 years experience handling a team
• Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills
• Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
• Fluent in English - written and oral
• Fluent in Mandarin - written and oral
