Job: Marketing Manager, Seven Search and Selection

A motivated and autonomous marketing all-rounder is required to develop the image and profitability of one of the business’ best known brands.

A stand alone role, this would suit a marketing professional that has had exposure to the full marketing mix within a luxury environment and is confident in their ability in all areas. Key accountabilities will include:

• Cross functional team work – development of fresh and innovative in store concepts, in conjunction with sales teams.
• Plan, gain approval on and monitor the A&P spend on the brand(s) to maximise brand profitability.
• Define the media strategy, brief agencies, and following up the implementation. Analyse the results of the strategy and report results to the appropriate parties.
• Present marketing programme in such a way as to motivate sales force and provide them with all appropriate tools to sell to the retailers.
• Manage external agency activities. (Design, printing etc).
• Indirect management of an Assistant Brand Manager, including feedback on their performance and development/training needs.

This role requires someone with a firm understanding of the luxury market, either cosmetics/fragrances or fashion. This includes an understanding of the principals of marketing, budgets, stock management, strategic promotional activities, pricing and distribution. You will be joining a supportive and motivated team, but will be expected to be proactive and take initiative at all times.
