Business Development Manager

London or South West based.

Up to £50,000 base + bonus + benefits

This Award Winning Digital Communications Agency is currently seeking to recruit a strong Business Development Director based in either London or South West to join their team.

The Business Development Director will hold responsibility for running the sales process form start to finish, having overall responsibility for the new business pipeline including lead generation and filtering, pitches / proposals, forecasting and reporting. You will possess a strong London focus, keeping up to date with industry movements in order to uncover opportunities. You will be heavily involved in organising, producing and delivering pitches to potential clients and will be expected to attend and speak at networking and industry events in order to raise the agencies profile.

Based in either London or the South West the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven successful experience in a similar role. You'll be able to assess the commercial viability of digital solutions and be capable of defining and understanding complex digital marketing and technical solutions. You will have proven experience of winning projects with minimum values of £250K and be experienced in negotiating for a win-win outcome. Candidates must have an excellent background in web, online or digital.
