Job: Head of Licensing, GIM Recruitment

OVERVIEW
Highly successful and fast growing games company are looking for an uber talented professional with broad kids licensing experience and commercial nous to fill this exciting role.. They have now reached the stage where a big hitting licensing professional is an essential next step to maximise their global licensing revenues.

THE ROLE
Exploit the global licensing opportunities for their various games products and communities - Key elements will involve:-

- Planning, building & executing a global licensing strategy.
- Building a licensing team and managing revenue analysis and forecasts.
- Identifying and negotiating licensing opportunities.
- Appointing Licensing agents in certain territories.
- Ownership and responsibility for driving licensing revenue.
- Assist develop new product ideas in-house.
- Involvement in full product lifecycle.
- Managing marketing relationships with licensing partners.

THE PERSON
This role will suit someone who is who is highly ambitious, entrepreneurial and passionate about their work. In summary:-

- Referenceable track record of success in licensing
- Substantial exposure working in the kid’s licensing sector.
- Wide range of connections within the toy and licensing industries.
- Creative mindset.
- Deep understanding of social media & online opportunities.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
