Job: DRTV Traffic Controller, Gabriele Skelton

We are looking for someone with specific experience in:
Running an agency clock number library, issuing new clock numbers, matching to phone numbers and promo codes, allocating to stations and keeping an impeccable record. Ordering tape copies and station deliveries from edit facilities, dubhouses, Adstream and IMD. Clearcast script and tape entries, uploading clocks and chasing final clearance. Versioning for TV campaigns. Briefing edit facilities, VO agencies and sound studios on creation of multiple campaign versions using different offers, creative executions, languages etc. Creating and holding test matrices.

Get quotes from suppliers and produce estimates for clients in advance, reconciling for invoicing subsequently. Creating and sending out copy instructions to TV stations. Keeping up to date and ensuring correct rotation instructions are issued. Knowledge of Clearcast guidelines on supers and titling, copyright requirements etc would be a distinct advantage. Working knowledge of German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch is desirable. In the future there will be opportunities to learn full creative production for TV commercials and gain first hand experience from working directly with a producer. However, new production is only occasional and the role will be 90% as described above.

The current economic environment is very conducive for DRTV campaigns and we intend to grow even more rapidly over the next 12 to 24 months. You can therefore expect to be part of a growing team in a hectic working environment.
