They are small tight knit, integrated agency who want a creative team to join who are about the big idea. The agency have a can do attitude and are passionate about delivering for their clients.

You need to have experience across all business sectors and have excellent craft skills. Digital will be second nature, they want thinking that sits equally on a website, email or as a viral idea. Attention to detail and strong graphic design, layout skills are critical and it is also important that the writer writes good English and can cope with long copy.

This is an excellent opportunity to push your creative ideas forward. They have a flat structure and even though you will be reporting into one of the partners they are keen that teams develop their own work and do not feel restricted by conventional process or hierarchies.
