Commercially focused, sleeves rolled-up, results driven FMCG marketer with strong strategic thinking and team leadership skills required for this challenging role in a very dynamic and growing business. Working in the fast-expanding and complex ethnic foods category, you’ll lead the thinking and manage the P&L for a range of brands, developing marketing initiatives and activity to drive the brands forward. Your responsibilities will include developing a clear strategic plan using market, consumer and competitor information, and working with your team to develop integrated A&P activity and a comprehensive NPD plan.

Our Ideal Candidate

With a robust FMCG marketing background, ideally including some experience in foods, you’ll have a successful track record of brand building and driving revenue and profit, working across different trade channels. You will be a strong communicator and team coach who enjoys setting challenging targets and consistently delivering results which exceed expectations. You will have extensive experience of managing the NPD process from concept to launch, including a good grasp of consumer and market research. This is a role for a smart, adaptable, commercially astute operator who can see the ‘big picture’ but stay on top of the detail too; an individual who will be highly regarded by his/her team and senior management across the business.
