Job: Lead Project Manager, Inspire Executive Limited

Our client, a leading Global Advertising agency, is renonwed for developing innovative, dynamic and creative advertising campaigns. Their business model is based on hiring exceptional talent, people who are passionate about the advertising industry, and excited by the evolution into Digital Media. Due to growth within the APAC business, they are looking to appoint a Lead Project Manager who will focus on establishment of communication, quality assurance, issue, change and risk management processes for the project. Reporting into the Program Manager, key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and documentation of new service offerings
• Works with Account Management to contribute to the development and definition of the account/ project scope and objectives
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of an account/ project and scope
• Work with the Program Manager E2E to contribute to the effective vendor solicitation, selection and contract negotiation on project
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
• Assisting in the recruitment and development of the Associate to Senior Project Managers

To succeed in this role, you will be hungry, have a youthful outlook and want to succeed. You will also have more than 5+ years in project management (general) experience on projects with over 1 mil budgets within an advertising agency, or a strong understanding of the Digital Media industry.
