Role
As Product Manager you will be tasked with developing and delivering the Customer Brand strategy ensuring pro-active management of all existing customer brand contracts. In particular the Product Manager will provide insight derived from the Category Vision to assist the retail partners in the creation and growth of their retail brands.

This is a hands-on customer facing role, bringing the category/customer brand and sales plans alive within the retail partners. The Product Manager will be assisting the creation and development of the Customer Brand strategy and will identify what accounts and what products areas to operate in considering:

• How does this align with Category Strategy?
• Does the Customer Brand strategy align with the brand strategy?
• Does Customer Brand strategy align with the Retailers strategy?

The Product Manager must understand retailer ‘hot topics’ in customer brand and position the customer brands to deliver. Continuous communication with brand teams will be vital for the Product Manager to ensure that current and future customer brand opportunities do not undermine branded growth platforms.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the creation of the marketing plans to assist the launch of NPD i.e. promotions, Point of Sale, Retailer Magazines .etc.

Requirements
Significant previous experience gained in FMCG of which some must be in Customer Brand management (in FMCG or Retailer); preferably within the food industry, working with retailer and manufacturer brands Experience and high competency in the use of Nielsen/TNS/IRI data warehouses and skilled use of associated category sources, track record of positive relationships with customers.
