My client is the leader in their sector and has shown phenomenal growth over the past 24 months. NPD sits at the heart of what they do and they are currently recruiting for a tenacious individual to join their team.

As Trade Marketing Manager (Category Manager) within this business you will be responsible for the development of strong and cohesive category rationale that supports the ongoing distribution and sales development of the product range.

You will work with both Sales and Marketing teams to formulate account specific NPD execution plans and generate Trade Marketing initiatives aimed at delivering incremental category sales.

To be successful as Trade Marketing Manager (Category Manager) you must be commercially astute and it is essential that you are from either a sales or marketing background within the FMCG field.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical and previous exposure of IRI and TNS is important, Retail Link understanding would be beneficial.

You will have worked in a customer facing role previously and will have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
