Job: Digital Account Executive, Breath-e Ltd

Our agency is rapidly becoming one of the most talked about in the industry; and while our ears are still burning we need some serious talent to keep tongues wagging. We’ve built up an impressive array of clients, along with a tidy reputation white-labelling digital genius for some of the biggest ATL agencies in town. These are big clients – household names your mum will have heard of… some, even your Nan might recognise.

Supporting our Account Management team, you’ll take on an obscene amount of responsibility, and be trusted to handle aspects of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns with aplomb. Expect to help deliver anything from banner campaigns and web builds, to mobile apps and social media strategies. And then expect the unexpected, because, with a constant stream of projects from clients that regularly stray outside the digital realm, you have to be prepared for the odd poster campaign or brochure project. In fact, a through-the-line mentality will be particularly helpful when dealing with our agency partners and understanding how our digital bumf can sit alongside print, TV, radio, dm, and PR.

You should already have a decent wallop of digital experience under your belt; you know the agency ropes, can hit the ground running, and gather no moss. Client-facing experience is essential, and you should be completely comfortable dealing with them in meetings, on the phone, and if they’re having a tearful breakdown in the middle of the night. Ideally, you’re a blisteringly fast learner who feels constrained by a lack of opportunity in your present role. This isn’t a place for wallflowers or architectural flora of any kind. You’ll have to be up for hard work, a fair bit of banter, and an atmosphere that can go from library to football terrace in a matter of minutes. The right person will thrive here… the wrong person will have to fake it something special.
