Position: Account Manager - Full Service agency
Salary: 24-28K

Responsibilities include:

- Email campaigns in-line with CRM plan (trigger based, newsletters, quarterly statements etc)
- Costings, timings, resource allocation
- Creative briefing writing, creative briefing and management of concept development – supported by SAM
- Partnering with Project Management on digital best practice
- Adhoc projects which falls outside of core workload (i.e web builds)
- Financial management with SAM support

Experience required:
- Account handling experience within a digital agency environment
- Experience handling travel clients
- Brief writing, creative briefing, online design and build management, budget management, people management, good communication skills client handling

Salary – 24-28k
