Job: Resource Consultant / Administrator, Futurehead Recruitment

We are a recently launched recruitment business, founded by digital recruitment specialists with many years expertise in the field. Having had an incredibly busy and exciting start we are looking to hire a Resource Consultant/Administrator to join our small team in Covent Garden, London. The purpose of the role is to assist with the resourcing and placement of candidates within the digital media industry, specifically User Experience, Project Management and Design experts. The role is also crucial in providing administrative, business development, marketing and database support to consultants in the team.

Essential requirements for this role are impeccable communication skills and proven administration experience with a thoroughly organised approach and excellent attention to detail. It would be a great advantage to have commercial experience within the world of digital media and/or an exposure to recruitment or sales-led environments. We are an ethical business who work hard and to very high standards of service, so it's crucial that you share this ethic and sense of commitment.

In return this role will give the right person a great understanding of digital media, solid relationship management skills and career path opportunities into consultancy, management and business development.
