Job: CRM Manager-leading Music, Propel

My client is a leading Music label based in funky offices in West London.

The Role

Sitting within the interactive department, working across their entire portfolio of Artists, you will be responsible for increasing engagement with their brands by defining, implementing and managing CRM strategies that endeavour to maximise customer acquisition and retention. The role entails co-ordinating CRM product developments and strategies with a wide range of internal stakeholders.Your key duties and responsibilities for the day-to-day management of all CRM will include:

• Being hands on with data, day in, day out covering data validation, manipulation and segmentation

• Regular reporting on database volumes

• Ensuring that the user database is optimised in terms of depth and data cleanliness

• Defining the customer acquisition / retention strategy• Identifying off-line strategies within social media, display, and all relevant forms of Digital Marketing that can be use to grow the database The Candidate

• Proven experience with data capture

• Substantial experience working in CRM. Ideally from a social network working across a large well known website

• Solid experience in the creation and execution of large scale email marketing campaigns

Experience working with email marketing platforms and web analytics
