Position: E-Commerce CRM Manager
Salary: c. £55,000 plus benefits

This leading, high profile retailer is seeking an individual to develop and manage the ongoing E-commerce direct communications programme, with the aim of building long term profitable relationships with their customers. This will entail the development of the 'E-commerce CRM program' driving acquisition and retention of customers as well as the development and managment of all customer communications relating to and from their rapidly growing and influential website site. Equally you will ensure the E-commerce database is securely hosted and accurately maintained, manage the 3rd party email service provider and regularly provide reports on ROI. We are looking for a direct marketer who has experience of managing online customer communication programmes in a fast moving consumer marketing environment coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen.
