Job: Senior Insight Manager, Quest Search and Selection

One of the world's leading marketing consultancies is looking for an FMCG professional to deliver superior insights and category solutions to top-tier FMCG manufacturers/retailers.

Working with one or a small number of the world's best known FMCGs, as Senior Insight Manager you will support the provision of market insights to your clients Sales and Category Managers, and through presentations and pro-active analysis provide them with solutions to their sales, marketing and distribution issues.

As Senior Insight Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Consult with client/s to develop insight briefs and interrogate data in line with these using the ad hoc team

- Create and deliver concise and insightful presentations

- Develop category and sector expertise within the team

- Pro-active analysis through maintaining strong industry knowledge and building relationships with other Insight teams

- Ensure continuous improvement in output and that client expectations are met

- Ensure team resources are deployed effectively

- Assist client/s in maximising their ROI in continuous and ad hoc services

- Developing a team of Insight Manager's

With an excellent background in the FMCG arena, you will demonstrate good insight and strong analytics, combined with commercial awareness. You may come from an Insights, Category, National Accounts, Marketing, Buying, Sales or Market Research background - as long as you have market insights experience in creating, interpreting and analysing FMCG data. You will also need experience of leading and successfully developing a team.
