This is a chance to join one of the leading media agencies in the world as a Search Account Director. The services that the agency covers include consumer insight, ROI, comms planning, media planning and buying, interaction, sponsorship consultancy and activation, branded content and entertainment marketing.

The role of the Search Account Director will be responsible for managing the search team including Account Exec's and Account Managers as well as managing and developing the agencies PPC product.

Key elements of the role will be: the management of the UK search operations, search team client service levels, managing relationships with search engines, financial compliance, recruitment and induction/appraisal process.

You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the search team ensuring that all search operations run smoothly and that the team understands and implements the booking / amendments process. You will work very closely with the client to ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is reached as well as playing a part in pitching for new clients.

You should have an excellent understanding of search marketing, search tools and techniques, knowledge of key trends in market media dynamics, be financially aware and have excellent presentation & communication skills and be a great team leader.
