SK+G is a Las Vegas-based, full-service marketing agency that specializes in luxury lifestyle brands. We are seeking a dynamic, self- motivated Account Director/Brand Manager who will be directly responsible for the overall operation and structure of each assigned account. This position is the top-line agency contact for the client and reports to the Vice President of Account Services.
The Role:
Act primarily as the day-to-day “face” of SK+G, or the primary “touch point” for a client. They are the steward of the client relationship – as well as the client’s brand – and, as such, is responsible for coordinating with and leveraging the various agencies and resources in ensuring all client needs (anticipated or requested) are addressed. It, at different times, represents the interests of both SK+G and its various teams and those of the client in facilitating effective, strategically sound advertising solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Determine short-term and long-term strategies for clients
- Oversee with the assistance of the Vice President of Account Services, the “big picture” for the brand and ensuring the agency’s adherence to the brand positioning set forth for the client
- Develop in coordination with Strategy and Integration and the Creative Directors, all creative briefs and ensuring these briefs are presented to and approved by the client
- Provide direction with regard to overall marketing budgets and their components
- Manage team, and assisting – either intentionally or simply by example – in the professional growth of all team members
- Make judgments with regard to billing, problem resolution, client service, agency operations and procedures, etc.
- Conduct, plan meetings, stay on top of competitive data, and attend important client meetings
- In coordination with the Vice President of Account Services, conduct quarterly performance reviews of all supervised staff
- Assist with the coordination of large print and broadcast production projects
- Provide day-to-day support of their account team(s) as necessary
Requirements:
- 5-7 Years Prior Agency Experience
- Must be Bilingual with the ability to write and speak in Mandarin, English and other Chinese dialect, and preferably has lived in China prior
- Understands SE Asian culture
- Position will be housed in Las Vegas, NV and will require travel to and from China as needed – Prefer US Citizen
- Prior Gaming/Casino Marketing experience a plus
This position will oversee our client in Macau. Candidates must meet all experience requirements in order to qualify for said position.
