Due to expansion, this blue-chip health, beauty and personal care retailer are looking for a Brand Manager to manage a portfolio of three brands across an international remit. Based in the East Midlands, paying up to £40k plus benefits.
Due to expansion this blue-chip health, beauty and personal care retailer are looking for a Brand Manager to manage a portfolio of three brands across an international remit.
Working in the international marketing team, this role will champion the designated brands throughout the business globally, and as such, requires an understanding and sensitivity toward cultural diversity.
As Brand Manager your key responsibilities, amongst others, will be:
- To be the expert and guardian of the brands within the international business.
- Using insights and analysis to create a global brand plan.
- Ownership of the international relationship with the UK team.
- To define and implement the product and marketing plan to drive sales and profit.
- Ownership of all aspects of the product lifecycle for the brands, including inventory selection, new product introduction and all aspects of development and compliance.
- Leadership, coaching and development of the brand teams.
To be the successful candidate, you will ideally have a brand marketing background from within a FMCG manufacturer or supplier. You will have a solid understanding of various routes-to-market in an international arena, with a good understanding of cultural diversity and the various problems this can create.
