The Company

My client is a leading Media company with a globally recognised brand. They have aggressive growth targets and seek a competent Forecasting expert to join their retention marketing team.

The Role

As the Forecasting Controller, you will take responsibility for forecasting customer churn rates and be the point of expertise and detail on all related questions. You will liaise directly with key stakeholders in Marketing, Operations and Finance. Managing a team of 3 Performance Analysts, you will have a big influence on the retention department’s strategies moving forward.

The Person

You must be an expert in forecasting, ideally having worked within a customer retention department. Previous team management experience is essential as you will need to be able to stretch and challenge your team. It is paramount that you are able to deliver professional and accurate forecasts as your reports will be used by various departments. UK-based candidates only.
