A receptionist is needed for an experiential agency and they want you to be the "face" and "voice" of the agency. This company is looking for someone who is energetic and a natural communicator, someone with a real "can do" attitude and who has have the ability to build strong relationships with both clients, employees and suppliers.

The main tasks will be the meeting and greeting of clients, answering the telephone, post and other ad-hoc duties. You will be working closely with a head receptionist to help run a busy reception area that will be bustling with calls and clients. You will need to be well presented with a clear and well spoken telephone voice, you will have excellent customer service skills, understands that every person who walks through the door is a VIP and have a warm and friendly smile for everyone. Must have reception experience however not necessary and able to hit the ground running. Please apply with CV.
