A vibrant and enthusiastic receptionist is needed to join an experiential agency, fantastic opportunity will be based on reception where you will be responsible of the front house domain ensuring everything is presented well and running smoothly. The core responsibilities will be meeting and greeting clients & visitors face to face and over the phone, book meeting rooms, arrange some travel and other ad-hoc admin duties. You will be reporting and working closely with the office manager.

The chosen candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, previous reception experience and have impeccable communication skills. This is a fantastic chance for an enthusiastic and personable receptionist to work for this leading agency!
