Job: Digital PM - 50k, ECOM Recruitment

The Company
One of London’s top Design and Build agencies is looking for a new Web Project Manager to join their growing team. This top 50 agency prides itself on producing fantastic work for long-standing clients, a great client-list including several blue-chip companies and one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the business. This is a new hire too, as a result of several new business wins.

The Candidate
• The ideal candidate MUST have solid experience of working in a digital agency
• It is essential you have experience of creating functional and technical specs
• MUST have a good technical background – previous work as a developer would be beneficial (but not essential)
• Needs to be an adept communicator – the candidate is responsible for liaising with the client and the account handling team
• Should have experience of working within a recognised PM methodology (Prince2 etc)
• PM experience of working with .NET, CMS, eCommerce and integration projects would be highly desirable
• Past experience of managing teams is vital

The Role
• Responsible for project management of the entire lifecycle, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the clients specifications
• Requirements gathering for client/user
• Capable of advising of Scoping, risk management and ROI
• Supervising the entire team – this includes being able to motivate team members, help generate a healthy team environment and apply hands-on management where necessary
• Being able to articulate ideas/problems clearly and confidently in order to keep the Account Handling team well informed
