Position: EMEA Team Leader - Paid Search
Salary: Up to 48k + bonus

A rare chance to lead a team across several different European Markets. You will be an experienced on-line marketing professional who has an in-depth understanding of PPC. You will be client facing, consultative, a good team leader and also to influence business leaders from a variety of different industries. You will also be keen to learn more about Social Media and Digital PR.

- Ability to be hands on with PPC projects and also strategic with clients
- Want to learn about other areas of Media

- PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Ensure that our PPC product is best-in-market
- Develop a system to ensure all stages of PPC process are undertaken
- Work with the Head of Search EMEA in setting remuneration levels for all products

- RELATIONSHIPS
- Develop personal relationships with all suppliers at the appropriate level
- Maintain strong internal relationships with all senior staff members
- Ensure a close personal relationship with all direct reports

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Marketing understanding (marketplace and consumer)
• In depth knowledge of competitive SEMs & their tools
• General search tools and techniques (research & evaluation)
• Knowledge of key trends in client and market media dynamics
• Financial awareness and understanding
• Presentation & persuasion skills
• Communications skills a prerequisite
• Management & leadership skills
