THE OPPORTUNITY
Continued success has driven the need for a dedicated online marketing manager to take ownership of all online marketing activity. Key elements of the role:-

- Define and execute a highly effective integrated web marketing strategy.
- Lead the expansion of existing online activities and drive into emerging online distribution channels.
- Drive brand awareness + effectiveness of online customer acquisition and CRM.
- Drive profitable sales growth and maximise conversion rates.
- Manage exploitation of key web marketing elements /drivers incl; Content, affiliates, SEO, PPC etc.
- Ensure the look and feel of website maintains its outstanding appeal.

YOU?
- Proven eCommerce track record.
- Accomplished web analytics exponent.
- In depth usability experience with strong understanding of Web design and development.
- SEO, PPC, Acquisition & CRM experience.
- Passion for the web and e-commerce.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Self-motivated, flexible and passionate about career.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communicator and organizer.

LOCATION
Oxfordshire within easy reach of M40 and M4 corridor.
