Job: Marketing Manager, Morgan Search

These programmes are developed in partnership with pharmaceutical and biotech companies for specific named patients around the world. Idis provides access management strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

This high impact role will encompass:

• Delivering effective and intelligent strategic and tactical brand and marketing plans, aligned to business objectives
• Leading managing and coaching team members to drive exceptional performance levels
• Optimising delivery of plans through effective company-wide communications
• Ensuring sales and marketing success, by analysing, proposing and implementing solutions to opportunities
• Identifying and managing key agencies and strategic partnerships to deliver and support marketing strategies.

Idis are looking for a bright individual with high energy, stamina and drive. Pharmaceutical experience is not essential, but you will be a team worker and have a proven track record in achieving marketing objectives and sales impact, with a real passion for marketing and its implications for business.
