Job: Head of Marketing, Adam Recruitment

An Marketing to join one of the country's leading retail brands. You will help drive sales growth for the group and ensure a stand out brand against competitors.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to:

* Develop a brand strategy to help the business fulfil its growth objectives. Hold accountability for the Marketing Profit and Loss and Budgeting process.

* Strive towards achieving strong brand loyalty within the core customer base and expand the customer groups across the brands through all distribution channels.

* Implement a communications strategy that utilises and enhances existing consumers on the database.

Monitor current competitor range and pricing and make necessary recommendations.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate prior experience in a Head of Marketing position within a fast paced retail environment. You will have expertise in increasing sales and holding responsibility for P&L. The successful candidate will have managed direct reports and be confident leading a team and liaising with different teams across the company.
