Thriving and established brand consultancy needs an experienced Digital Account Director to deliver high quality service and strategic input to their clients whether projects are prominent brand identities or complex websites. This independent, very successful agency is made up of warm, passionate, professional people who strive to be highly creative, smart and collaborative. There is a sense of fun and informality in the way they work. They are ideas-driven but recognise the value of a smooth process and team working internally.

What they need in an Account Director:
 Excellent commercial and financial nous
 Strong digital experience (eg in delivering brand strategy, IA, content management and build solutions for clients)
 Experience of development of brand strategy and design
 Good pitching experience (for project-based clients)
 Current/recent considerable Agency experience
 Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills
 Effective written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
 Time management
Personality:
 Outgoing, confident, flexible
 Good at building relationships (face to face and virtual)
 Wit and intellect
 Good communication skills
 Enjoys challenges
 Enthusiastic, committed and passionate
