-To manage the daily operations of the Campaign Management team
-To manage the full delivery of booked advertising campaigns and to support the online sales team reach sales targets
-To be the primary point of contact for ad delivery related enquiries from external customers and internal parties-Troubleshoot and resolve all internal and external issues associated with ad delivery -Proactively identify, implement and manage systems and processes which reduce operating costs and/or improve speed and efficiency
-Keep on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations Experience/Skills:-3+ years relevant work experience within online ad operations-Experience with one or more online ad servers, such as DFP, Atlas, OAS, Helios-Familiar with online advertising, sales, and marketing concepts & metrics
-Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
-Advanced spreadsheet and database management skills-Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines-Excellent project-management skills
-Solid HTML, JavaScript & Rich Media knowledge coupled with internet technical expertise
-Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to 'think outside of the box'-Detail oriented, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, with exceptional client service skills
-Meticulous attention to detail-Ability to learn new skills quickly
-Solid verbal and written communication skills-Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
