If you are an established Account Director or Senior Account Director who has a solid track record of working within a below the line agency then we’d like to hear from you.
We are currently looking for three Senior/Account Directors to work at two award winning London agencies. As Account Director you will be responsible for the direction of some truly exciting FMCG/drinks/retail clients, including well known retailer and some great drinks clients. Your role as Account Director will give you responsibility for the ultimate delivery of campaigns, strategic direction and everything in between.
As an Account Director you are self-sufficient, able to lead a team, influence clients’ decision-making and deliver effective campaigns, profitably. You have strong proactive leadership, motivational and people management skills and used to running a profitable account. You will have support from below and above to oversee the day-to-day running of projects.
The ideal Account Director has a multi-disciplined understanding of Brand Activation, Shopper Marketing, Sales Promotion, Social Media and Experiential. A good strategic brain is a must as you will be working closely with the client and senior members of the agency to drive the clients’ strategy and develop and grow client business.
