An International advertising agency is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team as Associate Planning Director for a FMCG and automobile client in Shanghai
- Bring a strong level and approach of strategic input to the client’s brands
- Develop consumer knowledge in conjunction with research resources
- Manage primary and secondary research requirements, consumer and category studies for new business initiatives as well as manage strategic research projects on behalf of clients
- Work closely with creative to drive strategic and creative excellence and partnering with the creative teams in the development of ideas
- Ability to speak to and orchestrate multiple disciplines to drive cross-board strategy including ATL, BTL, social, digital, direct CRM, Media and touch points planning
- Auto experience or consumer healthcare / FMCG experience are preferable
- At least 7+ years in marketing communications or creative agency with 5 years minimum in strategic planning at Mainland China
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
