Responsibilities
- People management of a large sales team
- Sales budget management & analysis of KPI's
- Management of sales management function in each group company to ensure targets are achieved
- Improve customer relationship management practices
- Interview and hire new talent
- Regular communication with senior management on sales figures, strategy, and implementation
Ideal candidate
- Minimum 5 years experience in a management role encompassing call centre, wholesale and/or online sales industry experience
- Track record in improving profitability of a business unit or a company in a senior leadership position
- Experience in call center, online recruitment or media a distinct advantage
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a high-pressure situation on his/her own initiative
- Fluency in English & Mandarin essential
