Managing a small team of data analysts and providing analytical and campaign support for national customer marketing operations. Your remit will include regular stakeholder engagement, driving and enhancing reporting development, full interaction across the business addressing data requirements and providing insights to drive commercial objectives. Generously salaried with a clear developmental career path.


* Able to analyse data and produce insights
* Good database experience
* Hands on user of CRM tools e.g Unica, Alterian, Ephiphany etc
* Ideally some exposure to SQL/SAS
* Has an eye on data quality
* Motivating leadership qualities (do not have to be a manager already)
