Marketing Executive (Bids) up to £35K + Benefits

Company

Our client is an international commercial law firm with offices all over the world. Their clients range from major international corporations to smaller companies, sole traders and private individuals.  They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities for the firm through proactive involvement in the bid process.

Responsibilities/Role

Taking ownership of the complete bid process - working closely with the partner(s) concerned and others, to agree the firm’s best approach and response to specific bid opportunities as they arise. Including co-ordinating the response process and providing working drafts, collating information and organising internal meetings as required. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for the final document and ensure timely delivery. To produce credentials and capability statements and tailored letters; bid documents using the firm’s template; responses to on-line RFPs; assisting with and advising on presentations for client and target meetings.

Requirements

The successful Marketing Executive will be educated to degree level with a highly professional approach . Experience of working in a partnership environment would be preferred but is not essential. You must however have an enjoyment, understanding and experience of the bid process along with strong business writing skills, with excellent spelling and grammar.
