Customer Insight Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, retail & leisure brand as a customer insight manager. Our Client is an exciting and dynamic business and through the current climate has seen significant growth and development both in the UK and internationally. For this role we are looking for a customer champion who has excellent data and analytical skills. You must be a consumer insight specialist to be considered for this role.
The Role:
· Managing high volumes of customer data
· Developing customer segmentation and insight
· Understanding customer loyalty and supporting marketing with all campaigns
· Developing key market insight
· Developing key customer models
· Supporting all CRM activity
· All round view from commissioning research and data through to analysing, interpreting and making key, commercial recommendations

The Person:
· Customer insight specialist
· Can work with large volumes of data
· Has a strong understanding of customer loyalty and retention
· Very strong analytical skills
