Event Producer

You will report to the Group Account Director but will enjoy a good deal of autonomy with responsibility for you own projects and scope to make your mark with us. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and demonstrate the confidence to prioritise workloads and manage his/her own projects in a pressurised environment.


  • 3-5 years experience as a producer
  • Proven experience of planning and producing live brand communication solutions for business-to-business audiences. Specifically, product launches, conferences road shows and exhibitions
  • Experienced at taking briefs, creating and presenting proposal documents
  • Ability to take the lead role to shape and develop the project from inception to completion including event theme and content
  • Management of and spirited contribution to brainstorms. A creative mind!
  • Experience of managing and directing the creative process, incl. briefing and managing studio, video production and technical suppliers
  • A good understanding of A/V and technical management as some smaller projects do not require the support of a Production Manager and no PM in-house
  • Demonstrate interest in client’s business environments to participate valuably in content development - from exhibits to presentations
  • Basic showcalling & rehearsal management experience (for small B2B roadshows)
  • Shrewd budget management
  • Strong negotiator and experience of managing suppliers
  • Personal pride in delivering to a high standard with flair
  • An appreciation and understanding of the value of brand communications
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Interest in getting involved at times in B2C activities
  • Line-management of a Production Exec
