These real world, real time 'must see moments' not only tell a product's story, making audiences shiver with brand excitement long after the final encore, but are also designed to spread beyond those present and provide content to be maximised across PR as well as earned media channels. Ultimately, they reward their clients with an engaged audience reach of millions.

With a host of cultural nous, you will be at the heart of developing the strategies that make our clients stand out from the crowd. A wise sage and free thinker, you'll develop each of our campaign's strategic backbone, generating a proposition from which our creative team can develop brilliant live activation ideas.

An experienced planner, you'll be well versed in constructing and facilitating workshops, building research methodologies and working with research partners. Your incisive mind will enable you to analyse reports, data, research and a whole array of documents to precis them and give invaluable insights into our clients' market, their brand perceptions and their consumers' mindsets.

A newly created role, this is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to develop a planning department from scratch and play a key part in the growth and development of a highly ambitious agency.

Skills
* Excellent analytical, creative thinking, interpretive and facilitation skills
* Capacity to analyse reports, data, research and documents
* Appropriate knowledge and application of planning tools
* Ability to specify and build research methodologies
* Strong written and presentation skills
* Flexible, enthusiastic, ambitious

* Workshop facilitation
*Integrated brand campaign development
*Cross channel experience ideally to include digital and BTL
