Interactive Art Director/Rich Media Designer - Munich

Germany £45000 - £55000 per annum + benefits

The job: Interactive Art Director
Salary: £50-55k + stock & benefits

This household digital brand have a reputation being one of the most customer-centric experiences online and despite being veterans of the digital world, they continue to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform. This fantastic brand have a long standing track record of delivering visually stunning and usable experiences for global brands across their web properties and mobile platforms.

You will need to fluent in German and an expert in rich media advertising with a proven track record of producing cutting edge digital advertising experiences for global brands. You should also have experience in art direction, coordinating and reviewing work of a design team or external clients. This conceptual and visual eye should be backed up with an excellent working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop and the Adobe Suite, coupled with a good command of AS2, AS3 and HTML/CSS.


Day to Day Tasks:

Design cutting edge advertising experiences across a range of digital platforms for a portfolio of global brands.
Analyse marketing challenges and post campaign metrics, whilst also creating a array of on-brand design solutions.
Present design work to clients and partner agencies, as well as in-house UX and Sales teams.
Support the marketing and sales team by designing a range of marketing material.

The candidate:

Excellent conceptual and visual design skills with an expert knowledge of Rich Media advertising.
Experience setting art direction, coordinating and reviewing the work of a design team.
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating an exceptional attention to detail and a wealth of experience in
creating great rich media advertising experiences.
Excellent working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of Actionscript 2 and 3 and strengths with HMTL, CSS and Javascript.
