Job Description

• Develop, document and execute a regional sales strategy for EMIS which is consistent with ISI goals and meets defined net revenue targets.
• Conduct detailed, weekly pipeline reviews with Business Development Executives in your region to ensure the number and quality of opportunities in the pipeline is sufficient to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual net revenue targets.
• Supervise local Client Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Executives in countries under your authority, ensuring they achieve defined client retention rate targets, as well as client satisfaction rating targets, by maintaining the appropriate level of client contact and customer support activity.
• Hire and train new local Business Development Managers, Business Development Executives and Client Relationship team personnel and support the training process, if necessary, to ensure that the teams under your authority are continually mentored and improving their sales skills under your leadership.
• Assure that Sales and Client Relationship teams in your region observe consistent, high-integrity and legally compliant customer engagement activities.
• Continually monitor and target potential areas of new revenue growth, or areas of revenue risk, and proactively define and execute plans to maximize revenue growth or minimize revenue contraction.
• Work with marketing to ensure the correct message is created and delivered to the appropriate audience.
• Others duties as requested by your immediate manager.
