Account Director – public sector – £45k + bens

THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
The specific role of the Account Director:
- Responsibility for the development of a number of key partners - continual monitoring, analysis and review of all partner activities, including approval processes are adhered to
- Anticipating and respond to client requirements – ensuring that we always exceed client expectations. Developing solid relationships with key personnel
- Fronting the agency and liaising with other departments, whilst maintaining the high quality of account handling output/delivery at all times
- Forecasting and delivering the account team’s revenue and profitability including maintenance of job bags, billing clients, managing WIP
- Working with partners to develop ideas and initiatives that will change behaviours
THE CANDIDATE
The Account Director will have the following experience:
- An integrated background with at least 4 years experience agency side - partnership and promotional marketing experience an advantage
- Experience of communicating health issues and/or working for the public sector also an advantage
- To have experience of building new client relationships and strengthening existing ones
- Must be a self starter with an entrepreneurial/‘can do’ attitude
- Should have good attention to detail and be a creative thinker
- Must have excellent project management and administration skills, as well as excellent communication and listening skills.
- Should be able to deliver inspiring presentations and invigorate discussions with idea generation and energy.
The offices are based centrally with excellent transport links, the role is paying up to £45k with the opportunity to consolidate your strategic skills and work in a growing agency.
