European Data Insight Manager
A leading consumer retail brand is looking for a Data and Insight Manager to manage the development of the business within this key area. Co-ordinating CRM activity on a European basis you will use data and insight to guide and development marketing campaigns and strategies based on segmentation, customer behaviour and campaign analysis. You will be responsible for owning the data and will aim to improve campaign conversion and ROI. Looking at both on and offline data sets you will build campaigns and be responsible for a small team. This is a strategic and extremely business critical role and the Data Insight Manager will be tasked with developing profiles across Europe. Managing the agency relationship will also be key and you will ideally have worked these type of relationships career to date. Candidates will have a strong background in below the line marketing and will be conversant with CRM, database marketing and will have a numerate and analytical approach. Candidates from a financial services, retail or leisure background would be of particular interest and ideally will have experience of excel, SQL or similar databases. This is a great role in a fantastic business and a will offer plenty of scope for future career progression. Due to the international exposure this role will involve candidates with a second language would be of particular interest.
