International Sports Media Sales Executive
Fast pace and demanding, this is an opportunity to manage and commercialize a wide variety of global sports media rights.
As part of a dedicated team you will be responsible for building relationships and working with two key stakeholder groups; with sports federations exploring new ways to exploit their media rights and with an international client base, sourcing appropriate content, negotiating fees and then helping them use the media assets in an appropriate and effective manner. As well as being commercially astute, you will have an innovative streak - keen to look for new revenue streams and opportunities to raise awareness of the assets within new markets. You will also have had exposure to digital content – working with clients to explore how it can work for them. Experience working with an international client base, especially in Africa and the Middle East would be a huge advantage.
Used to working in a target driven environment, you will be tested on your ability to close a deal and think laterally to cross fertilize ideas. Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of all sports worldwide is also desirable as well as a reputation for building successful business relationships with clients and customers.
