SEO plays a fundamental role across the digital offering for this agency and has seen significant growth over the past two years. Team manages in this agency strategise for high-profile clients in the UK and internationally, providing full support across aspects of SEO, content creation and social media. From strategic planning and integration, through to analysis and recommendations, they aim to deliver campaigns that exceed client's expectations.
You will join the SEO team which is growing rapidly. They sit in the midst of the search team and all members work across a variety of clients and sectors. Some of the team are client facing while others work on delivering excellent and innovative search solutions for our clients. They also work closely on campaigns with the social media and analytics teams.
Clients vary from international blue chip companies to some of Britain's strongest national businesses across a range of sectors including travel, financial services, automotive, FMCG and retail.
The SEO Manager will work across multiple accounts and as a full service agency, integration is critical to the success of these campaigns & exposure to the entire media landscape helps keep innovation at the forefront of the work they agency produce for their clients.
As an SEO Manager you will be expected to support your Associate Director with client strategies and at the same time manage your accounts on a day to day basis. This is a client facing role and you will be the lead contact for your clients. You will also be expected to provide guidance & support to your Executives throughout the execution of your client campaigns.
This role works very closely with the other digital teams and you will get the chance to be involved in integrated strategies including facebook & social media as well as PPC and display campaigns.
*Would suit someone with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in SEO, of which 1 year + being at a Manager Level as you will be managing 2-3 SEO Executives
*You will have had experience with full SEO involvement on a technical and strategic level and be able to show evidence of planning, executing, & running successful SEO campaigns including:
oMarket, competitor and keyword analysis.
oOn-Page SEO (Tag optimisation, SEO friendly content, optimise navigation etc).
oLink Building - Develop, plan and execute
oAnalytical and Performance reporting on SEO campaigns.
*Use of SEO and analytical software such as Google Keyword research tool, Google Analytics and other common web analytics platforms.
*Good understanding of how Social Media can be utilised for SEO.
*Good understanding of how SEO integrates with PPC and other media.
*Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming platforms.
