£35,000 per annum + employee stock ownership plan
We are a leading UK luxury private shopping club, organising short online sales campaigns for designer and lifestyle brands. The company is a B-to-B-to-C business, operating as both a clearance platform for brands as well as an exclusive, addictive shopping destination for over 1.5M registered members.
We have recently closed a significant finance round from a highly reputable syndicate of technology and retail focussed institutional investors. The company is primed to accelerate to growth before the end of 2012 and crystallise its position as a truly innovative and long-term retail channel in the UK.
The Online Marketing Manager will assist the Marketing Team to define, propose and implement the UK Marketing strategy in respect to the overall strategy of the company. You will also help to develop and continuously reinforce the brand identity and equity using both online and offline channels. You will be managing external agencies and coordinate communication with associated internal departments (e.g. creative, merchandising, production, technical, etc.) whilst contributing to the achievement of the operating profits objectives.

Online Marketing Manager Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
> Marketing or Business related qualification.
Professional experience & know how
> Proven marketing experience in an on-line environment.
> Social media experience.
> Some experience within a marketing or PR agency would be an advantage.
> Strong marketing and PR skills.
> Strong sector knowledge and ability to represent us and suppliers from various categories across online and offline channels.
> Market knowledge.
> Action oriented, drive for results, customer focus.
> Leadership in an international context.
> Good communication/ negotiation skills both written and oral.
> Good knowledge of finance.
